"250 pages into the second volume of Follet's "great century", and I miss the characters from the fisrt volume! Where are Maud, Ethel, Grigorij, Walter... We follow their children, aged 20-ish and younger in the opening of the book, and even though much is written, not much is - from my point of view - said.
