The main topic of this book there is a girl from a small town in Pennsylvania who doesn't know how to handle a lot of things. This book is a series and this happens to be book #4, as you can see this is a very interesting series as well. Full of lies, trust issues, betrayals, and also the occasional murder which she has never been more apart of in a life time.
Although I may give a brief summary, it also will drag you to read this series as well. I am not going to tell the ending because that would be a spoiler, then you would not have to read the book. Reed Brennan is the girl who walk into the Easton Academy a nobody and after a tragic event she became the headline girl of the year. Gossip surrounds her in the halls as she walks down them, gazes upon her face, and questions tangles in her ears. It all started when her boyfriend, Thomas Pearson Disappeared months ago which became her EX boyfriend. She found a letter that he wrote before he disappeared that said he was going to be going away for a while and that he needed help. He basically broke up with her and said that he doesn't know when they will see each other again. She was devastated, her heart was broken, she didn't know where her soul was, and had lost her mind or did he loose his? Don't let that heart brake fool you, but don't let it think that she didn't care about her ex's death either. Soon to come she found a way to be less paranoid and heartbroken when she finds that Thomas Pearson’s roommate and her took a liking to one another. They got extremely close, and not in a 'Lets just be friends' kind of close. They became more than friends and it took her mind off of so many things. With him she felt like she can float on a cloud all day, he made it seem like everything bad that happened was all just a dream. Just when she thought she could finally sleep again, she found out some very disturbing news from the girls from her very ambitious dorm. Until the clique she got involve with while back when Thomas was still alive, The Billings Girls, had call-in' the cops on Josh. They had figured since the school he used to go to had the same problem then maybe he was the one who had murdered his best friend out of all people. She and Noelle, one of the Billings Girls, boyfriend had figured some other news that may or may not help Josh Hollis get out of jail. All they had to do was get the couple to confess for Josh to have an alibi the night of the murder. It took a lot to get them to confess but when they finally did, Josh had gotten out the next morning with fresh clean clothes on. The dean had made an important announcement that Josh had been cleared and was attending school again. There was just this big thing he had mentioned after that, there was still a murderer loose and to protect themselves and others.
I highly recommend this book to any mystery and romance readers, it is a very good read. I rate this book 10 out 10 ratings to the author and novel. The organizations was fantastic, the description on each event and each fabric was outstanding, and the novel it self was just impressive. The author Kate Brian did an amazing job when she put this novel together, so props to her as well. ...more "
