It was such a touching book how one family did everything they could to save just one Jewish person. Although it was fiction, there are stories of those who hid Jews. If only there were more people who did the same, maybe more Jewish people would have been saved. It still is mind boggling that this ever happened. Why did so many follow him like sheep????
