Clementine is a girl who follows routine - unlike her Aunt Analea. Clementine and her Aunt have a strong bond - they travel together every summer and have the most fun. Clementine looks up to her Aunt. She is her true role model.

Flash to present day - Clementine's Aunt passed away 6 months prior. Her Aunt left her "magical" apartment to her in the will, so now not only does Clementine have to mourn the loss of her Aunt - she's now entitled to living in her apartment too! How great.

She then meets her Aunt's friends son, who walks into the apartment with a letter from Aunt Analea. She had planned for her friends son to stay in her apartment over the summer. But then realizes this man is speaking in current day as if.. her Aunt... was alive?

Everything in this story just added up and made sense! Love an author who can link one idea to the other (no shade intended). I can tell a lot of thought went into the plot of this book - even though there were multiple times where I knew what would happen later on, I was still interested. That does not happen often.

If you couldn't tell already, 5/5 stars for sure. My brain is so happy with this read. My heart? Will probably need 7 business days to recover.
