For the series that I couldn’t stop thinking about at work, at home, any time I wasn’t reading. I’m sad it’s over. Overall, I feel like everything was wrapped into a perfect bow. This book is obviously long. Looking back, the beginning feels like ages ago and a completely different era. Once again, took a bit longer to read than ideal due to work, but even with that the amount that was covered in this book is insane. So fast paced.
Spoilerey ahead: I like that SJM left sufficient chapters to wrap everything up instead of just ending the battle and cutting to the epilogue, which I feel like is all too common. Veeery curious where the Maasverse is going.
VERY spoilerey ahead: My only qualms: I’m bummed Aelin got her Fire-Bringer status stepped back. I get it. But still. Also… SO LORCAN DID ARE WE FOR REAL....more
