“Dear cellular structure, I wish to have the attributes that I have earned in what I call my past that will enhance the ability for me to live my current life with more ease and grace. I wish to recall those things that will allow me to live longer, do my work better, and give me peace over the things that I desire to do. I wish to mine the Akash for this, which is in my personal DNA.” So, do you see what is happening here?”

“How many mental health problems, from drug addiction to self-injurious behavior, start as attempts to cope with the unbearable physical pain of our emotions? If Darwin was right, the solution requires finding ways to help people alter the inner sensory landscape of their bodies. Until recently, this bidirectional communication between body and mind was largely ignored by Western science, even as it had long been central to traditional healing practices in many other parts of the world, notably in India and China. Today it is transforming our understanding of trauma and recovery.”

“Eighty two percent of the traumatized children seen in the National Child Traumatic Stress Network do not meet diagnostic criteria for PTSD.15 Because they often are shut down, suspicious, or aggressive they now receive pseudoscientific diagnoses such as “oppositional defiant disorder,” meaning “This kid hates my guts and won’t do anything I tell him to do,” or “disruptive mood dysregulation disorder,” meaning he has temper tantrums. Having as many problems as they do, these kids accumulate numerous diagnoses over time. Before they reach their twenties, many patients have been given four, five, six, or more of these impressive but meaningless labels. If they receive treatment at all, they get whatever is being promulgated as the method of management du jour: medications, behavioral modification, or exposure therapy. These rarely work and often cause more damage.”

“Learn to love Learn to listen Learn to receive Learn to love yourself Learn to speak your truth Learn how not to be a victim Learn not to let anyone define you Learn how to feel your own mastery Learn how to live with other Humans Learn how to get out of blaming others Learn to move out of duality [drop your karma] Learn to take care of yourself more than others Learn that you deserve to be here, and are not dirty when you are born”

“The result of this new thinking will create a God who is “far larger than the one you were originally told about.” This will not make anything you have learned “wrong,” but will enhance your understanding of the whole. A whole new relationship to Spirit emerges, and you move forward with an attitude that sees all the other spiritual systems as appropriate for those who use them. There is no judgment or singular bias about there only being “one way to God.” It instead becomes a celebration of all the ways to God. For you will, indeed, meet all of the family eventually, and will realize that all of you are just “climbing the tree of truth” and finding the seeds one at a time and living through the growth of each lifetime as you climb the tree.”
