"started today and can already tell the difference in writing between McCullough and brands, no offense to the latter but McCullough is the GOAT. His way is more narrative nonfiction, which I prefer, even when delivering facts, he paints a fuller picture of his subjects that just make them come alive." Aug 15, 2026 05:23PM
