"This book isn't keeping my attention as well as the rest of the series. It's too much stage setting with not enough action mixed in. The whole book is filler. Pros: Auren is getting control of her magic and healing. I enjoy getting more backstory of Slade and Ryatt. Cons: Too many POVs and lack of cohesive storyline.
