He woke up on a strange mission with no knowledge only to learn at the end of all his hard work he was a coward and a follower in his “last life”. He now had defied all odds to save TWO civilizations. Like what. He becomes best friends with an alien because the alien culture had the same idea to look for a cure at the nearby unaffected star. There are two story lines at the same time resulting in learning of the past. And the unknown fight at the present. With the culmination coming down in the final stages. Genius and well written. An understandable main character who isn’t a superhero, he doesn’t defy any norms, but he overcomes the odds. Dear lord I could talk about this book forever. The story, the emotional value, the simultaneous storyboards. Lovely....more
