"Very challenging book,I'm discovering new areas in my thougt system. As long as I read I can feel a reorganization of reality,my reality,my perceptions,my definitions..
The analysis is impressive,very detailed.
It is based on the Bible-that I've never read-I can understand the purpose of the book, though.
The book is universal because the topic is universal regardless its reference, however it's not for everyone."

Bryn Greenwood
“Summer had so many tricks. The nights lasted longer than the days, even though the angle of the Earth’s axis meant that was impossible. The night couldn’t be longer, but summer made it seem that way. Summer sneaked time for me, taking a minute from February, three minutes from English class in March, ten whole minutes from a boring Thursday in April. Summer stole time to give me another hour under the stars with Kellen.”
Bryn Greenwood, All the Ugly and Wonderful Things

“If you do not feel comfortable somewhere, leave.
It is not rude,
you are not wrong.
There is no such thing as manners when
your gut is telling you to get out!
I wish my mother had taught me this,
I would have seen so much more of the world by now.”
Key Ballah

Alan Cumming
“You can't go through sustained cruelty and terror for a large swathe of your life and not talk about it and be okay.”
Alan Cumming, Not My Father's Son

“That’s the problem with the Christmas story: most of the roles are for boys. The only girl is there because men can’t have babies.”
Bryn Greenwood, All the Ugly and Wonderful Things

Siddhartha Mukherjee
“It is tempting to write the history of technology through products: the wheel; the microscope; the airplane; the Internet. But it is more illuminating to write the history of technology through transitions: linear motion to circular motion; visual space to subvisual space; motion on land to motion on air; physical connectivity to virtual connectivity.”
Siddhartha Mukherjee, The Gene: An Intimate History
