"I really enjoy this book so far. It is very simple, but comes from an obviously place of love, and even though it is about a relatively difficult topic, it just seems to have joy mixed with its ink. The author so clearly knows the struggle of disordered, excessive anxiety and is just so excited to share how she was able to learn about it and find healing.
