"I gave up. I have walked the road to Santiago. His story is longer than the road. So long winded. I am not attracted to self indulgent ramblings. I know he is held in high esteem by many but the book did not hold my interest." — Aug 03, 2013 11:53AM

"Could not put it down.
Not sure what happens in the end - left with a feeling of hanging. The book leaved one with many contemporary moral issues to ponder. The lion issue I ignored - maybe on a reread I will see its significance. Get it and read it!" — Mar 17, 2013 07:40AM
