Yes, dorky. But When You Reach Me was one of my favorite books in middle school, and I get hyper about things like that. “First of all, it’s amazing. You won’t be able to put it down. Also, it takes place in this neighborhood, but in the 1970s. It’s an homage to A Wrinkle in Time. That’s why I think you’d like it.”
