"When I was younger, I read 'Hitler's Cross' by the same author Erwin Lutzer and loved it. Now, I don't know if he has gone downhill or is simply in over his head in what he discusses, but I am disappointed. This book is a very mixed bag so far, and he is correctly tracing the origins of secular thinking, but I could do without the culture warrior moral panic about wokeism. I will withhold judgement until I'm done." — May 27, 2025 08:11PM
