"I’m nearing the end of the book and I can’t believe a business book about leadership is making me emotional.
This book emphasizes loving the people on your team, because if you don’t have a passion or love for them then they’ll never trust you, and give you half-hearted effort.
I look at my pastor and see that he encompasses what this book teaches, I can see the love he has for his congregation." — Mar 07, 2026 06:46PM

"This is a good book to read at a coffee shop or park. It’s 2 novellas in 1 book and I’ve just finished the first.
Kenji is one of my favorite characters in the Shatter Me series. During dark times, Kenji is hope embodied in a person. He makes light of traumatic situations, not for himself, but for the sake of his friends. I want for him to peel off the mask so that his friends can be there for him too." — Feb 12, 2026 07:44PM
