"Perry and Dick are eventually caught. Part III is basically considered the climax because they have caught Perry and Dick. Perry also gives his confession. After all, the entirety of the book so far had been waiting for their capture. The motive is finally revealed during Answers and it is money. There are still some unanswered questions left but for now the book will focus on their conviction and trial." — May 29, 2014 06:44PM
