In Europa questo atteggiamento di reciproco interesse è svanito da un pezzo. Ma almeno là il turista non è più un fenomeno. Fa parte del paesaggio e nove volte su dieci ha pochi denari da spendere, oltre a quelli versati per il suo viaggio organizzato. Da queste parti, il turista è ancora un'anomalia.
