Whether you're a seasoned literary critic or a casual reader, your thoughts and opinions are valued and encouraged. • Building Community: Beyond exploring literature, our book club aims to foster a strong sense of camaraderie among its members. • Flexible Participation: We understand that everyone has unique schedules and commitments, which is why we offer flexible participation options. How It Works: • The first book will be chosen and announced via our Teams group chat. • After this initial selection, employees are invited to add their book recommendations to The Reading Room's landing page, accompanied by a brief overview of each suggested book. • During our book club meetings, we'll review all the recommended books, and members will have the opportunity to vote for their favourite. • The book with the most votes will be selected as our next read. Meeting Schedule: • We'll convene on Teams every six weeks, with slots booked in advance to accommodate everyone's schedules. • If you're unable to attend, don't worry!
