"i think i gotta dnf this book which is disappointing bc I really wanted to like it. there's just so. much. dialogue. it feels more like reading a screenplay than a book. plus the dialogue feels like maybe 40% realistic while the other 60% feels possible but extremely unlikely. also bc there's so much dialogue the fmc lacks interiority and externality. minimal setting description or observation. rip to my first Em Hen" — Feb 23, 2026 09:54PM
