"Review of
Take As Needed by Shelley Blanton-Stroud
3/5
This story had a lot going for it but im afraid I just don't understand the ending. The characters we're really engaging, and I applaud the author for managing that in only 20 pages, but I don't understand the decisions made by the main character, Abigail, at the end as well as how the story wraps up in general. Maybe it just went over my head." — Jul 16, 2026 10:29PM

"I appreciate the fact that, while this book is most certainly biased and takes every chance it gets to decry the soviet system and communism in general, there are some American characters who aren't exactly pillars of society.
"We already thought of killing the crew (like 130 people)" Commandant Maxwell said. "The President won't let us." - pg 165" — May 21, 2026 02:09PM
