Such a great novel to act as a reminder of what it’s like to be on the other side of the bed. How quickly we can develop ineffective habits of communication with patients! I love the author’s passion for pointing out ineffective communication in attempts to make practicing healthcare better for EVERYONE- patient, physician, and nurse!
