"Faldum - Sure there is substance; themes and such. Sure I could think of a way to make my understanding of them into words. What lingers after a read is unintelligible. The same can be said for a movie, a painting, even a meal. Whatever nebulous term one may use - aura, vibe, atmosphere - is fitting.
