When kombucha hit the shelves I was all over it. Now I have one once in awhile. I am excited at the prospect of doing it myself. I am going to try to make it to a workshop with Sandor in April. It happens to be 45 minutes from my parents house at Rock Island in TN. What a great coincidence. I could go on...I am excited to have encountered this book....more
