"I really enjoyed re-reading some of Maus today. I love learning about history when it is stuff like this. I also love the art style of this graphic novel. I kinda did forget how particular Vladek was about everything and Art Spedgelman dose a really great job at showing that through his novel. Its interesting to show both what his father was telling him and the sections in between of him just visiting and what not" — Sep 21, 2026 02:04PM

"today i read chapter 4 and 5. Chapter 4 was mostly focused on grains and the author even included a recipe for her moms Noodle pudding which honestly sounds fire. Then chapter 5 focused on different kinds of meats and the last page has "egg lingo" so short ways to ask for different meals. Apparently for boiled eggs its just called "drown the kids" and that is wild and I laughed." — Sep 28, 2026 02:08PM

"Today i read the last two chapters of my book. Chapter 4 was called Built from the Ground up which is about different animals "Home." So nests, burrows, all that. It was really interesting learning about different burrow designs from different animals. Chapter 5 was called Weird and Wonderful. It just talked about a handful abnormal animals. One that stuck out to me was the Screaming Hairy Armadillo The name is funny" — Aug 31, 2026 02:04PM
