Okay, so apparently this freaking book was re-written in 2008. I ordered a physical copy of this book online and, unbeknownst to me, I ended up with a new version of this book. UGH. I wonder if Jessica is as much of a godld-digging sociopath in the newer versions of the books? When I first started re-reading the series I actually thought "Was this written by an old lady who only knows about teenagers from interactions with the kids at her church and things she sees on television!?
