"I played God of War and it was one of the best experiences of all time. I have bought this book in the hope that there is more to add to the story. Well, pretty much, it's not. The book is good, but not amazing (pretty much copy paste of lines from the game). Compared to the richness of the interactive medium and the amazing narrative of the PS4 masterpiece, the book falls short. Keeping it on hold, for a while." — Jan 22, 2019 05:34AM

"Maybe this man's ideas are too cool in the first place, too hard to sustain over the course of three books without losing freshness. I do not know. It happened with the Mistborn Trilogy, as the first book was the best for me, and things went a bit downhill afterward. It happens again, but I find this book to be utterly boring, I could barely give it two stars by now. I am taking a long break from it." — Dec 08, 2018 05:34AM
