It struck me, and continues to do so, when I first read this how odd it is to not look for the Rage in your daughter. The time setting of the universe is not at a point where documenting the genealogy and likelihood of the recessive trait manifesting in their bloodline, of course, but if *you* have the Rage, would you not consider, possibly, looking for the signs in your own daughter who so obviously takes after you in more ways than one
