"I’ve been enjoying this book over the last few weeks. I am not finished reading it yet but there are so many nuggets of wisdom in this book. The discussion questions at the end of each chapter have led to some interesting discussion with my daughter. I especially enjoyed the Q&A section on BMI from a pediatrician’s perspective.
