"The world presented in the book "1984" is hard to imagine. The people there don't have any freedom, and can't even think what they want to think. The government is cutting down the dictionary and getting rid of words that might encourage rebellion or any words that carry emotion. Airstrip One sounds like hell, and it would be horrible to live in a world like that where people can't trust their own children." — Oct 06, 2016 03:14AM

"I started reading this book because it was on my kindle purchase list, but it seems like I've made a difficult choice again. It's 976 pages long and the first eight pages are giving me a hard time. So far it's talking about self identity and acceptance and these topics are too deep for me to relate to as a sophomore in high school." — Sep 25, 2016 04:47AM

"This book is too hard to understand and I don't feel like I'm getting anything out of it. I'll come back to it later. For now, I'll be switching over to "Thirteen Reasons Why" by Jay Asher." — Sep 04, 2016 02:46AM
