As someone who dreads even opening a book, I only find myself reading when it is required for school. Usually this results in me reading little pages at a time and then finally rushing at the very end in order to meet my deadline. However, this was not the case for this book. Once I started it, I found myself reading almost daily. I finished this book within a week, and that is why I would rate it a 4/5. ` I think the main reason that I liked this book is because it was extremely inspirational. I’m not sure I could ever go through the things that Paige went through and still remain so positive about life. I find it amazing that she went through some of the roughest times ever, but she still made something of herself and became extremely successful. She didn’t let things get to her in the end, and I really find that inspiring. I also really enjoy how the book is told from her point of view. We get a first hand account of the story this way, and that is what makes it so emotional. I think that all teachers and students should be required to read this book, but I would recommend it to almost anyone. Teachers and students should read this book because it provides an insight to what a victim of bullying is feeling. Maybe if students and staff read this, they would understand the importance of not bullying or letting it slide. The book also gives us hope on how to fix this problem. Everyone else will also enjoy the inspiration that this book offers. There is so many positive things about this book, and I hope that after reading my review you will also want to enjoy it like I have....more
