"I chose to read Sherlock Holmes because I have always heard about how wonderful the stories are. They are very popular stories and have been adapted into many films and television shows. I have never actually read any mystery story before, and I wanted to try reading one. I thought reading some of the most well known mystery stories to date would be a good place for me to start reading, and so far they have been." — Mar 15, 2016 10:03AM

"The character of Jannoula in this story is a sympathetic character. I do not like her, because she is twisted, cruel, and manipulative. However, I feel sorry for her because of the things she had to deal with. She was experimented upon in a lab, and died twice, only to be resurrected. I feel bad that she had to suffer through so many terrible things just because she is a half dragon, but I still do not like her." — May 23, 2016 09:59AM

"The protagonist of this story is a teen named Rand al'Thor. Rand is a teen, a sheep herder and farmer's son. He is a very intelligent and observant boy, due to his observations about the world around him. He is also very brave, because he makes split second decisions, such as the decision to save his father, Tam, by talking to Moirane Sedai, who he is afraid of. However, he disregards this fear so he can save Tam." — May 10, 2016 10:05AM

“Aslan is a lion- the Lion, the great Lion." "Ooh" said Susan. "I'd thought he was a man. Is he-quite safe? I shall feel rather nervous about meeting a lion"..."Safe?" said Mr Beaver ..."Who said anything about safe? 'Course he isn't safe. But he's good. He's the King, I tell you.”

“But that's life. We wander around like blind mice searching for whatever it is we're looking for. From mice to miserable men, from the poetry of childhood's hour to the darkness of death's goddamn dominion, we never stop searching. Why can't we just be?”
