“We can't be expected to understand more until we are enlightened. The most we can hope for is to have the patience and compassion for ourselves to get there through work, effort, and learning. Many people cut themselves short thinking, falsely, they've got it all. Limited by their own ego, and also by their lack of vision for how vast the Universe really is. They get to a pivotal point and believe that's it. They are seeing universes; their whole body is humming and vibrating this love of God. They don't believe it can be greater than that. Even at that level they become self-consumed.”
Eric Pepin, Meditation within Eternity: The Modern Mystics Guide to Gaining Unlimited Spiritual Energy, Accessing Higher Consciousness and Meditation Techniques for Spiritual Growth

“I started to think about why there is such a strong negative fixation on this matter and came to some interesting conclusions. Consider the general intelligence, concerns, and fears of an average person in ancient times. The Mystery schools, holy shrines, or temples were as financially dependant on the general populace then as they are now. If they were not dependant directly on the people, they were dependent on the rulers of the time. Because they were dependent on people, they were also sensitive to the concerns and fears of those people. People often fear things that they do not understand. When people were creating these theologies, they did not understand paranormal abilities. The reason that these ridiculous beliefs about paranormal abilities exist today is that people still do not understand what paranormal abilities are, how natural they are, and for that reason, people are still afraid. I can imagine the mobs with torches surrounding the temples now! The mystical masters knew this and understood that the common man did not have the intellect to comprehend what they were experiencing and seeking. They knew that appearances were everything and they needed a good public image. This was especially true if they wanted funding without crowds of fearful people, with aggressive ideas, at their doorstep. They created an image and doctrine they felt the general populace could accept. Then they created levels within the organization and kept some of those levels secret from the public.”
Eric J. Pepin, Handbook of the Navigator: Why You and the Universe Were Meant to Meet

“There is an ancient and wise being inside of you. That ancient and wise being can surface and become who you are, because it is who you are. It’s because you’re too afraid to let this being come forward that you put limitations on it. You have to find a way to let the fluidity of this knowledge come forward to harmonize with this frequency, with this consciousness and feel comfortable with it. It’s elusive. So, what does elusive mean? Elusive means hard to control, difficult to capture; it’s hard to hold or to describe. In other words, if you grab it, it slips through your hands. If you trap it, it crawls out a backdoor. Somehow, you just can’t manage to get your hands on it no matter how hard you try. It’s elusive. It is a higher state of consciousness that exists inside of you that I call the God-being. It is the enlightened being part of you and it’s elusive to you, so you have to find a way to get this elusive part to work through you.”
Eric Pepin, Igniting the Sixth Sense: The Lost Human Sensory that Holds the Key to Spiritual Awakening and Unlocking the Power of the Universe

“One of the greatest things to keep in mind is that we exist in the likeness of God.”
Eric J. Pepin, Handbook of the Navigator: Why You and the Universe Were Meant to Meet

“Because people, in general, are so educated now the intellect makes the consciousness more grounded. This can work against us as we attempt to explore things that many consider irrational because we are telling our brains to tune out frequencies of reality that we do not believe are possible. Our brains obediently block out these other dimensions or frequencies of energy.”
Eric J. Pepin, Handbook of the Navigator: Why You and the Universe Were Meant to Meet
