I really liked this quote because it relates to the kind of parenting style I want to do. I’m not in the market of telling people what they should be doing. But I can listen and give advice but I’m not making a decision for them. That is something they should be 100% in control of. If it is a mistake it is of their own and I feel like if the decision was their own then the lesson is more likely to stick with them.
