"The book is pretty nice, but please note that after one year (!) I am still only in half of it...
Based on the design and the marketing, it is presented as a work that provides insight for the curious but non-experts among us, well, that did not really work out...
The book would require heavy editing (at least 30% should be cut and the text would need to be better organized) to make it an enjoyable read for all."

Gerald Durrell
“It's all your fault, Mother,' said Larry austerely; 'you shouldn't have brought us up to be so selfish.' 'I like that!' exclaimed Mother. 'I never did anything of the sort!' 'Well, we didn't get as selfish as this without some guidance,' said Larry.”
Gerald Durrell, My Family and Other Animals

Mikhail Bulgakov
“Yes, man is mortal, but that would be only half the trouble. The worst of it is that he's sometimes unexpectedly mortal—there's the trick! And generally he's unable to say what he's going to do this same evening.”
Mikhail Bulgakov, The Master and Margarita

Douglas Adams
“He had a tremendous propensity for getting lost when driving. This was largely because of his method of “Zen” navigation, which was simply to find any car that looked as if it knew where it was going and follow it. The results were more often surprising than successful, but he felt it was worth it for the sake of the few occasions when it was both.”
Douglas Adams, The Long Dark Tea-Time of the Soul

Mikhail Bulgakov
“Actually, I do happen to resemble a hallucination. Kindly note my silhouette in the moonlight." The cat climbed into the shaft of moonlight and wanted to keep talking but was asked to be quiet. "Very well, I shall be silent," he replied, "I shall be a silent hallucination.”
