I laughed so hard at this! I had a teacher in high school whose favorite punishment was making students get down on the floor on their back, arms and legs up in the air, and chant “I am a dying cockroach” until he felt they were sufficiently shamed. Of course, it became a point of pride to say you’d done it. LOL.
