I've never in my life been thrown a loop this big from a book. Like literally i have no words. There was no hint of this information at all from the synopsis or reviews. I'm so confused rn. Idk if this was smart or a bad move on the author's part. On one hand i'm this far in and i got slightly invested with their story and wanna see how it goes. On the other hand, this is just too taboo of a subject like can i seriously keep going and enjoy this?! I feel deceived slightly, im in a tough spot. At this point I'm gonna keep going and see how i feel ughhhhhhhhh
