Yes, and NOT eating animals! Everyone converting to veganism would also solve many of these problems, but it is difficult and requires people to seriously reflect on their eating habits/choices/values and educate themselves on nutrition. Documentaries and books like "What The Health," "Forks Over Knives," and "How Not to Die" by Dr. Michael Gregor are excellent sources that challenge this norm. Many people have preconceptions about food and fail to see how this also ties to environmental issues. I cannot stress enough how important it is for people to challenge and question the choices they make everyday - from the things they buy and the things they consume.
