The first part of this amazing book was, well you know, amazing. This is truly the best book I have ever read in my entire life. This book is a complete page turner and every page is better than the last. Halo: The Fall of Reach is part of a series which includes Halo: The Flood, Halo: First Strike, and much more. And this isn't one of those books that some kind of super fan wrote. It was approved by Xbox and Bungie itself! This book is packed with action and adventure . This is definitely a must read. So read the book today !

My favorite part of this section is when John 117/Master Chief is only 14 years old and he is on another training exercise. But when they all get to the extraction point they find two men guarding the ship and the kids thought they took the ship and killed every one in it. So John 117 has to make up a plan in order to get back to the military base. So will they succeed or will they fail and risk being killed themselves? So read the book to find out.

This book had a lot of emotions. Some were happy and joyful and others were serious and sad. So all together this is truly the best book I had ever read. And I can't wait to read the 2nd one. So why don't read it yourself?!

Section 2: Boot

Halo section 2: Boot is the second part of Halo the Fall of Reach. It starts off when John 117 has just been kidnapped and this is their first day in the hard core military training. It basically goes though all of his childhood. But most importantly it is when he and the other one-hundred or so eight-teen year olds have to go though the Spartan process that can cause many permanent injuries and even death. So will he and the other 18 year olds live or will they perish in a horrible suffering death? Read the book to find out.

My favorite part of this book is when John 117 is fitted into this awesome armor that can give him super human abilities. After he and his squad were fitted and trained in the awesome suits. They immediately have to go on a mission to try to slow down the Covenant ship. So when they go into the Covenant ship they fight the Covenant face to face. But unfortunately one of master chief's squad members was shot and he had to stay behind while the ship blew up because he would have died from decompression in space. And master chief learned a lesson that day. That was the difference between using a life than wasting one. To read what actually happen word for word you would have to read the book.

This part of the book was very long which gave it a lot of emotions. Some were exciting, action, packed, and awesome. Others were sad, gloomy and unbelievable which made this book that great of a book. So over all this book is still the best book I have read so far. This is a must read so read the book ASAP. ...more "
