No human or supernatural was supposed to be able to enter the cavern and survive.
If no one can enter the cave how did they put all the things in the cave?
In the last book there was a mention of a few skeletons which could make sense but it still isn't really well explained.
There is also the issue to where Mike touches the seeing crystal and was blown off the mountain but how did he get blown up the stairs?
