"Rose and Lissa are still ate the academy but Mason died in the last book which makes me sad cause he was my favorite character besides Rose. Now the Strigoi (immortal vampires that kill people and other vampires, but to become a strigoi a vampire or Moroi has to kill a human by drinking all their blood) are after her for killing the strigoi that killed Mason." "I absolutely love this book so much!! It has all the details about his life that i did not know about him and his death. Did you know that he died before he hit the ground from a huge gunshot wound to the jaw. It saddens me that i can't meet one f the people who helped black rights i wish i could though.." “So what are we watching, anyway?”

“Fast six.” I realized the polite thing to do would have been to ask if he liked the Fast & Furious
series, but if he didn’t, I couldn’t date him anyway.

“And if I haven’t seen one through five?”

“Then you’re basically un-American. Besides, what’s there to know? Fast cars, pretty girls, hot guys, stealin’ stuff in ways that could never happen… aaand you’re all caught up.”

His beautifully chocolate brown eyes went skyward. “Let me guess, you’re a Rock fan?”

“And Paul Walker, and Tyrese… the Asian guy, and a little Vin Diesel action doesn’t go amiss either. Any way you look, you win.”

“I haven’t liked the Rock since SmackDown.”

I pretended to clasp my hands in prayer and closed my eyes. “Let him keep his gay card, Lord, for he knows not what he says.”

He grinned. “You’re lucky you’re fine.”

“Am I?” I lifted my brows. A queen did need his compliments, after all.”

“Now a married woman at the age of 25, Sharon was much more than a “scatterbrain.” Like most people her age, she was very interested in politics and was a big fan of Bobby Kennedy. On the evening of June 3, 1968, during what proved to be his final fundraising tour, she attended a dinner in his honor at the home of director John Frankenheimer. That evening, she had the thrill of getting to speak to Kennedy and his wife, Ethel, just two days before he was assassinated.”

“So imagine: Dungeons and Dragons [is] a table filled with artists, whether they're painters, whether they're actors, whether they're poets … - whatever they are, they are able to live in this world of imagination.”

“The Rev. Jesse Jackson once said, “There is nothing more painful for me at this stage in my life than to walk down the street and hear footsteps and start thinking about robbery—then look around and see somebody white and feel relieved.”
