Throughout these sixty or so pages I've read so far, it feels as if I'm there with Katniss. That's how descriptive Suzanne Collins is. The Hunger Games gets better the more I read. Katniss is now in "the Games," fighting for her life. The games have just begun, and all the contenders in the games are rushing towards the Cornucopia, trying to get weapons. "A boy, I think from District 9, reaches the pack at the same time I do and for a brief time we grapple for it and then he coughs, splattering my face with blood."...more
