This book and this quote in particular made me think a lot about how everyone is so obsessed with STEM and has decided any other major or pursuit is a waste of time and anyone who gets a degree or job in anything else deserves to suffer. Not only is this cruel because not everyone is good at or enjoys science and math, it also makes for a dispassionate world
