This one is definitely up there as one of the worst sentences I've ever read. If it was supposed to be parody, it's gold. If it's supposed to be serious...yikes. A good grammar lesson - let your noun be the subject, not the adjective. This case, I think it would have more impact worded like this: "You," he whispered with a sharp accusation. His jowls trembled, a disgusting echo of his clattering teeth.
