This can be accomplished in a healthy relationship. Even in a therapeutic setting. I think this would be a good way to test the value of my close relationships. Do I find that when I am being near or with this person, are they assisting my wounds and sorrows to heal themselves? Or do they create more wounds and sorrows for me to deal with? Or do they want me to act like wounds and sorrows don't exist? (which could actually create NEW wounds and sorrows on top of the old).
Very important questions to ask of others....and ask of my Self. Is my time alone helping me? Or harming me? (As a recovering isolator, it is a fine line sometimes.) Peace.❤🙌🦄
“Act on your guidance without constantly saying that you are frightened and require proof that you will be safe. You will never get that proof. Every choice in life is an act of faith. Stop letting fear be the one constant voice you listen to with unremitting faith. Be outrageously bold in your belief that you will be guided but do not have expectations of how that guidance will unfold. Keep your attention in present time always in present time….” ~Caroline Myss”
