WOW.

"The world is changing. We're getting closer to the end of the vortex."

WOW.

"I intend for this to be the last time, for all of us."
"As long as it's the last time because you succeed."
"Agreed."

"All right, I see your logic. But if this doesn't work?"
"Then we force our way in with juth calt." Vi shrugged. "It’ll be louder and more chaotic. But we’re invisible, so we'll slip in through the fray."
"Tactful."
"We're in 'making this up as we go' territory, remember?"
"Unfortunately."

"We'll have to leave her side, soon." Taavin didn't mince words. "Aldrik will sustain his injury soon."
"Yes, the one that brings him to Vhalla. Because nothing says 'fall for me' like being wounded and helpless," Deneya said dryly.

"Sentimentality, love—these aren't narrow-minded. These are the greatest gifts we have in this world. The only things that make this world worth saving."

"I would rather live one life with them than an eternity without."

"I will never let you go again."
"Please don't." He pressed himself against her, holding her tightly.
"I will save this world. And when it's over, it will be just us."

"If we truly succeed in seeing this world continue on... No more war for this continent," Vi whispered into the cool night air, speaking more to Yargen than Taavin. "Too much has been lost on this earth already."

The world spun, seasons changed, and people changed, but the one constant thing remained: love—the love of friends and family, the love that bound people together through the ages.

Yargen bless these books.

This is the start of your journey. This is the moment you begin to write your story.
Go and explore. Seek adventure. Seek the world we have always seen you dreaming of. ...more "
