“When I first started with you I thought it was only a matter of time before depression would take you over. And there was that one summer when it came close, but it didn’t happen. Every day you get up and learn something new. Every day you find something to be happy about. Every single day you have a smile for me.”

“I cannot remember the books I've read any more than the meals I have eaten; even so, they have made me.”

“That there was nothing so wrong in the world that we couldn’t sort it out by the end of a single half-hour episode (or maybe a two-parter, if it was something really serious).”
― Ready Player One

“What would happen if you went outside?” “My head would explode. Or my lungs. Or my heart.” “How can you joke…?” I shrug. “How can I not? Besides, I try not to want things I can’t have.”
