เล่มนี้ได้กลิ่นอายลูกครึ่งญี่ปุ่น/ตะวันตกมาก เพราะเล่าปรัชญาญี่ปุ่นแบบรู้จริง และสามารถทำให้ปรัชญาตะวันออกที่ดูเหมือนจะต้อง “ใช้ใจ” สัมผัส ให้จับต้องได้แบบหนังสือฮาวทูของโลกตะวันตก

เป็นเล่มที่ชอบม้ากกก อ่านละรู้สึกใจสงบ นี่รู้สึกว่าอ่านไปละช่วยคลายความหนักของโลกใบนี้และสิ่งที่กำลังเผชิญอยู่ได้จริง เพราะมันฟีลปรัชญาที่แทรกการนำไปใช้อย่างเป็นระบบระเบียบนี่แหละ

แม้ว่าแรกๆ อ่านแล้วอาจจะรู้สึกว่าไลฟ์โค้ชป้ะเนี่ย พุทธจ๋าปะเนี่ย แถมพอเห็นคำว่าพอเพียงในหนังสือคือรู้สึกทริกเกอร์มาก สะอิดสะเอียน แต่ผู้เขียนก็พยายามเล่าให้ไปในเชิงปรัชญาได้อยู่ มีเหตุผลรองรับ เลยเออ รอดไป

มีอีกแวบนึงที่อ่านไปแล้วรู้สึกว่านี่มันสอนให้เราอยู่และยอมจำนนในระบบที่เน่าเฟะปะวะ แต่ผู้เขียนเหมือนอ่านใจออก มีการปัดว่าการพอใจกับปัจจุบันคือการยอบรับสถานการณ์ตรงหน้า พร้อมหาวิธีรับมือและเปลี่ยนแปลงตัวเราและสภาพแวดล้อมให้ไปในทางที่ดีขึ้นได้ (ทำนองนี้) เลย อาเค ให้ผ่าน เยี่ยม ...more "
