Interesting delve into the intricacies of the Soviet Constitution. There’s quite a bit to take away, including the actual articles of the constitution. It doesn’t seem as though there was any established process for amending the constitution so a periodic rewrite was necessary. Stalin seemed to be initially interested in feedback from the people but the execution of organizing structured feedback was poor and the feedback was ultimately rejected in a de facto manner
