"The Process Principle
Grove argued that a manager's output equals the output of their organization plus the output of the neighboring organizations they influence. The process principle means focusing on the activities that produce results, not just the results themselves. If you manage the right inputs and processes consistently, the outputs follow. I read the book, and whilst I understand that you need to set values and your belief system, I was left uninspired. It's fair in its approach and how the ideas or the themes are presented yet I wasn't carpe diem motivated. For myself its possibly because if you have a fair appreciation of what some term life coaching, then this echoes some of the basic tenets. Is it a Lifeologist or Life Coach narrative - you decide?

Bernard M. Baruch
“Be who you are and say what you feel, because those who mind don't matter, and those who matter don't mind.”
Bernard M. Baruch

Steve Jobs
“Here's to the crazy ones. The misfits. The rebels. The troublemakers. The round pegs in the square holes. The ones who see things differently. They're not fond of rules. And they have no respect for the status quo. You can quote them, disagree with them, glorify or vilify them. About the only thing you can't do is ignore them. Because they change things. They push the human race forward. And while some may see them as the crazy ones, we see genius. Because the people who are crazy enough to think they can change the world, are the ones who do.”
Steve Jobs

Marc MacYoung
“Self-defense is when you didn't help develop the conflict, but violence was aimed at you anyway. An easy way to say it, but one many people fuck up the execution of, is: Self-defense is after you've done everything in your power to avoid it, the guy still attacked you and you did what you had to do to stop him.”
Marc MacYoung, Pool Cues, Beer Bottles, and Baseball Bats: Animal's Guide to Improvised Weapons for Self-Defense and Survival

Manoj Chenthamarakshan
“If you've read my books or watched my videos, you'll know that I try to be as authentic as possible. When I try to mimic or act”
Manoj Chenthamarakshan, 50 Things to realize before it's too late

Robert Frost
“In three words I can sum up everything I've learned about life: it goes on.”
Robert Frost
