(If you've read this book) I feel like Laurie, who's bored, moody and lonely(not in a sad way) and looks down his window into the girls window, watch them having fun, being with each other and passing the all kinds of moments of their days.
And like him, I find the world of girls so welcoming.
More than being a book, I feel this is a good company to have if you are there.

And while everything happens and there's all fun, you learn a lot - Patience, balancing between fun and work, what it means to have each other in tough times, and being content.

But as part 1 ended, I felt like Jo, who feels sad about growing up, because then they'll all grow apart and won't have these times together.
I felt as sad as Jo when Meg started being a lady and got married. (Unlike Joey, this feels like the time for me to this book into the fridge today. (only I'm reading on my phone!)) Nevertheless, I really enjoyed part 1, being excited everytime when about to peep into the world of Little Women, watching them from my window. 🧡💛

I began it after a 1-2 day break and as for Part 2, I found myself a tad bit disconnected from it as compared to part 1. Probably because it's a bit old-school?
I still learnt from it, but things didn't make as much sense to me, got repetitive and later fast paced etc. Only reason I'm giving 4 stars and not 5 is because of 2nd part.

Neverthless, remember that this is a book return in 1860s around, it's still ahead of its time and can't be judged for it.
Also keep reminding yourself, like Meg said in Little Women 2019 trailer, "Just because my dreams are different than yours, doesn't mean they're unimportant" and refrain for judging any of the Little Women here even as they grow up. 🌼

Conclusion: Read it, if you're looking to fill some mood and values into otherwise boring days right now. Take your time with it, it's not a Dan Brown book to be read in 3-4 days. Enjoy in between moments of your life 🌟 ...more "
